2 day. London

After breakfast at the hotel, head to the HARRY POTTER FILM LOCATIONS walking tour.

On this fascinating tour, you will discover many of the famous film locations, such as the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron, the visitors’ entrance to the Ministry of Magic or where the Death Eaters destroyed the famous Millennium Bridge. Surely you will recognize a very special street again.

The almost three-hour tour ends on platform 9 ¾, from where you can try some magic yourself to make your way to Hogwarts.

Around noon you will have the opportunity to visit some temporary Harry Potter exhibitions. Harry Potter’s magical world.

At MinaLima’s London West End house, you can visit an exhibit and shop about Harry Potter and other works. There you can receive your Hogwarts letter and props and artwork from the Harry Potter movies.

If you drop in between October 2017 and February 2018, the Harry Potter exhibit will be exhibited in the British Library to celebrate the release of Harry Potter’s first 20-year anniversary novel. It will be an exploration of the “traditions of folklore and magic” that inspired the Potter books, with previously unseen material by JK Rowling and Jim Kay – the artist who illustrated all seven books. Here you can admire all of his beautiful drawings alongside centuries-old “manuscripts, magical objects and myths from around the world”

3 day. Warner Bros Studio Tour

The bus takes us to the unique Harry Potter studio tour!

On this unique tour you will explore the sets and well-known sets, but also great costumes and unique props. You’ll get interesting insights into the special effects and animatronics that made these films what you are today.

Some highlights of Harry Potter’s magical world you can discover here are:

• Marvel at the legendary Great Hall, Gryffindor Common Room, Boys Dormitories, Hagrid’s Cabin, or the Potions classroom, and Professor Umbridge’s office at the Ministry of Magic.
• The original Hogwarts Express and the possibility to take a picture on the replica track 9 3/4.
• View the famous props from the films, including Harry’s Nimbus 2000 and Hagrid’s Motorcycle.
• A visit to the Dumbledore office
• Diagon Alley with the storefront fronts of Ollivander’s Spellcases, Flourish and Blotts, Weasley’s Magic Wheezes, Gringot’s Wizard Bank, and Eeylops Owl’s Storehouse.
• Learn how the magical characters and creatures were brought to life using green screen technology, animatronics and life-size models.

We are happy to give you tips for possible excursions. Of course, you should also use the day for many photos, souvenirs of a great tour and for shopping. Hardly any other city in Europe is so much for shopping and exploring as London.
